McCarthy’s shift from the federal Intelligence Community (IC) to President of Noblis NSP lands her on WashingtonExec’s Inaugural List of Top 30 Execs to Watch for 2016
FALLS CHURCH, VA.—February 1, 2016—On the heels of her recent appointment as President of Noblis NSP, McCarthy joins WashingtonExecs esteemed list of the Top 30 Executives to Watch for 2016. WashingtonExecs, a leading online media, membership and events company, produces the list annually, spotlighting a diverse range of industry leaders who are “positioning their companies for greater growth and relevance ahead.”
McCarthy’s formidable experience on the federal, non-compete side of the IC has recently shifted and is now being applied to her duties as the head of Noblis NSP, a Noblis subsidiary which focuses on high-end strategic consulting, technical development and mission execution programs for the National Security industry. McCarthy’s new ventures on the contractor side of the IC—as well as her reacquaintance with former colleagues including Senior Vice President of Noblis’ National Security and Intelligence mission area Roger Mason, Jr., Ph.D. and Noblis board members John McLaughlin, Tish Long, David Shedd and General (Ret.) Ron Burgess—have the industry on the lookout for what’s to come.
“I am so honored to be part of the Noblis leadership team and for the opportunity to serve from a different vantage point at Noblis NSP,” states McCarthy. “Thank you, Washington Executive, for your confidence and support.”
